Chico’s Names Weiss to Board

Fort Myers, Fla., High-flying apparel retailer Chico’s FAS Inc. appointed Michael Weiss to its board, increasing the total number of directors to 11. Weiss, 64, is the retired president and CEO of Express, a subsidiary of Limited Brands Inc.
