Chico's Brand President Leaves Company
New York City Chico's FAS Inc. said in a filing that its Chico's brand president Michele M. Cloutier has left the company.
No reason was given for her departure, but the company said it was not due to any disagreement with the company related to its operations, policies or practices.
The company's same-store sales fell 12.4% in December. In an effort to improve results, the company named Tommy Hilfiger Inc. and Lands' End executive David F. Dyer as its new president and CEO.
