Chicago’s Loop lands hybris JV

9/19/2014

With a name like Loop Integration it was only logical that Amaze and contiigo would choose Chicago as the location for their new joint venture focused on users of SAP’s hybris e-commerce solution.

London-based Amaze and Austraila-based contiigo created Loop Integration recently and chose Chicago as the first worldwide location for the commerce consultancy. Loop Integration is focused on helping retailers build and implement tailored, world-class e-commerce solutions that run exclusively on hybris, an SAP company. The new office offers global commerce design, implementation and support to B2B and B2C retailers and is led by Joe Woods, co-founder of contiigo, and Kami Kris, director of commerce at Amaze.

“We are thrilled to combine the collective depth and longevity of hybris experience between Amaze and contiigo,” Woods said. “To continue our ongoing development, we are currently recruiting for a number of developers, business analysts and engagement managers."

Woods has 14 years of experience implementing retailer commerce solutions through his time at contiigo, Technology Solutions Company and Blue Martini Software. Likewise, Kris previously served as vp of sales and marketing at ReD and was former CMO at Chinabank Payment Co.

Prior to forming the joint venture, the pair was involved in 26 hybris integrations over eight years across four continents.
