Charlotte Russe Names Merchandising Exec

San Diego, Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. has hired Patti Shields as senior VP. She will oversee the apparel merchandising of the Charlotte Russe chain. She joins the retailer from Mervyn’s, where she was responsible for merchandising in the junior fashion and season apparel categories.
