ChannelNet has new account management VP

ChannelNet, a leading digital customer acquisition, retention and conquest marketing company, has named Angela Johnson as VP of account management.



The company will be looking to Johnson to help it manage growth. Johnson has more than 20 years of client relationship management and is an expert in developing multichannel solutions for the automotive, high-tech and insurance industries.



In the newly created role, she will be responsible for driving the ongoing support for ChannelNet’s clients and strategic partnerships. Her client portfolio will include Fiserv, JM Family Enterprises, Kia, Hyundai, VW, Audi, BMW, Ally Auto, Benjamin Moore Paints, Hunter Douglas and RouteOne.

Most recently Johnson was Acxiom Corporation’s senior director of account management and client services responsible for launching and managing the largest customer relationship management (CRM) system transformation in the automotive industry for General Motors. She started her career as a data administrator and consultant at Acxiom, and then worked her way up the ranks from a solutions delivery lead to a client relationship and account manager.



Johnson attended the University of Arkansas.



According to ChannelNet, its software-as-a-service (SaaS) connects leading retail, automotive, financial services and home improvement companies with their customers so they can sell products and services through local channels, including personalized microsites. ChannelNet’s patented software enables consumers to research a purchase, view sales incentives and seamlessly complete transactions at a store, through a call center or on their mobile device.
