Cato Names Two Directors

Charlotte, N.C., The Cato Corp. has named William H. Grigg and D. Harding Stowe to its board of directors. Grigg is chairman emeritus of Duke Energy Corp. and sits on the board of Associated Electric and Gas Insurers Ltd. Store is president and CEO of R.L. Store Mills Inc. and sits on the boards of the National Council of Textile Organizations; the National Cotton Council; and the Foundation of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
