Casey’s expands in Missouri
New York City Casey’s General Stores has agreed to buy nine convenience stores in Missouri owned by PICS Marketing and Ridgerunner Properties LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Casey’s operates more than 60 locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area, primarily in outlying counties.
The deal is expected to close Dec. 14.
The stores being purchased are currently operated under the Bullseye brand. They will immediately be rebranded as Casey’s stores.
Cox Oil will continue to operate nine other Bullseye locations in Missouri that are not part of the purchase.
