Caruso introduces on-demand mall concierge service

Los Angeles Caruso Affiliated said Thursday it is unveiling the nation’s first personalized mobile customer service system at two of the developer’s iconic centers in Los Angeles -- The Grove in mid-city and The Americana at Brand in Glendale.

One Touch Concierge, an innovative program using cutting-edge wireless technology that can be downloaded on most smart phones, features a one-touch system that allows shoppers to arrange for a host of services and assistance.

With the new service, shoppers at The Grove and The Americana at Brand can make restaurant reservations, buy movie tickets, have a stroller or wheel chair delivered, get packages picked up and brought to their car among other personal services available through the Caruso One Touch Concierge.

Customers can also access The Grove services from The Americana at Brand or vice versa.

To launch the service, shoppers visit the concierge desk with their smart phone and get the login to access the wide range of options.
