“I am honored to join Cabela’s Board and work with this great team,” Swinburn said. “Cabela’s has been a leader in the outdoor merchandise market for decades, and its omni-channel business model and CLUB loyalty program are impressive. I look forward to sharing my experiences and contributing to the future direction and growth of this leading specialty retailer.”
Swinburn’s appointment expands the Board to 10 directors, seven of whom are independent directors.
