Butterball names new engineering vp

MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. Butterball has announced that Stephen Valesko has joined the company as vp of engineering. He will be responsible for the development of strategic and tactical plans for engineering throughout the company. He will also provide technical guidance to ensure sound engineering procedures and effective use of facilities, capital and resources, both physical and environmental. Valesko reports directly to coo, Joe Nalley.

Prior to joining Butterball, Valesko was the director of engineering for Boar’s Head Provisions Co., and has more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
