Build-A-Bear Names New Board Member

St. Louis, Build-A-Bear Workshop named to its board of directors former Wal-Mart Stores executive Coleman H. Peterson. He will serve as chairman of the board's compensation committee and as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee. Peterson, 57, retired in May 2004 after 10 years with Wal-MartStores, Inc., where he held the position of executive VP of human resources.
