Borders Names Exec to Bring Paperchase to U.S.

Ann Arbor, Mich., Borders Group Inc. has appointed Richard Chilcott senior VP of Paperchase U.S. In this position, Chilcott will be responsible for execution of the Paperchase brand in Borders’ U.S. stores. Paperchase is a 70-store U.K. stationery retailer that Borders acquired last July.

Chilcott joins Borders from Nike’s Cole Haan subsidiary, where he served as VP and general manager, North America.
