Borders Latest To Dump Amazon
ANN ARBOR, MICH. —Borders is starting its own e-commerce site. The company follows other retailers like Toys “R” Us which have ditched Amazon.com as an e-commerce and fulfillment partner. Borders has chosen Sterling Commerce, a AT&T subsidiary, as its fulfillment partner for its e-commerce site, which is set to launch in early 2008.
