Bon-Ton Names CFO

York, Pa., Bon-Ton Stores Inc. has promoted its principal accounting officer, Keith Plowman, to CFO. He succeeds James Baireuther, who retains his positions as vice chairman and chief administrative officer. Plowman, 47, joined the retailer in 1997 as divisional vice president, controller, and was named vice president, controller in 1999. In 2001, he was promoted to senior vice president, finance.
