Bon-Ton Appoints Senior VP

York, Pa., The Bon-Ton Stores announced that Robert R. Sears has been appointed senior VP, general merchandise manager for men’s and home, reporting directly to David Zant, vice chairman, chief merchandising officer. Sears was most recently with Saks Department Store Group.
