B&N cmo joins board of software provider
ATLANTA David Gitow, chief marketing officer for Barnes & Noble, has joined Silverpop, a provider of Web-based software solutions, as a member of its board of directors.
Prior to joining Barnes & Noble, Gitow served as cmo of Enews.com, and was the founder and president of Time Inc. Home Entertainment, which encompassed 13 product lines including Time, People, Sports Illustrated, Money, Fortune, Entertainment Weekly, and other top publications.
