Blueair names head of professional sales

CHICAGO, Ill. Blueair, the manufacturer of high-end, Swedish-designed air purifiers, has hired Tony Ritter as executive director of professional sales.

Ritter, a veteran floorcare industry professional, will oversee efforts in the commercial, industrial and professional sales channels at Blueair and will report to evp, Chan Tinkle.

Most recently, Ritter was director of national sales at Thorne Electric for the past four years.  Prior to Thorne Electric, Ritter spent 30 years at Electrolux Home Care Products where he held several executive positions including his last position as vp of Field Sales.
