Blockbuster expands relationship with ChoiceStream

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. Blockbuster has expanded its relationship with ChoiceStream. For the past three years, Blockbuster has used the personalization solution provider to deliver recommendations to users of its online subscription service. Now Blockbuster will use that same technology to leverage interactions across a broad array of customer touchpoints, potentially including email communications and, in the future, in-store digital kiosks.

"ChoiceStreams recommendation technology enables us to provide an improved movie discovery process, helping us connect people with the movies they love," said Keith Morrow, cio of Blockbuster. "With this agreement, we can extend ChoiceStreams personalization service across multiple channels for a consistent user experience."
