Bi-Lo chief to retire

MAULDIN, S.C. Brian Hotarek, Bi-Lo's president and chief executive, is retiring. He will be replaced by Randall Onstead, a member of the Bi-Lo board and former chairman and ceo of Randalls Food Markets.

Onstead was named Bi-Lo’s chairman and interim CEO.
