Best Buy tests outdoor merchandise

Minneapolis Best Buy is looking to sell seasonal outdoor merchandise, such as patio furniture and grills.

Most of the outdoor items are being offered on Best Buy's site, BestBuy.com. However, several stores in California are also displaying some of the products in a test.

The move allows Best Buy to tap into a product category that is typically popular in the spring and summer months.
