Bazaarvoice names new cfo

AUSTIN, Texas Bazaarvoice, a provider of social commerce applications that drive sales, has announced the appointment of Andrea Wenholz as cfo. She will assume responsibility for directing the financial execution of Bazaarvoice’s strategic business plan and management of the company’s financial operations.

Prior to her Bazaarvoice appointment, Wenholz served as cfo for CoVi Technologies, a privately held high-definition video surveillance solution provider. She also held the positions of vp, cfo, secretary, and treasurer of publicly traded Crossroads Systems. Prior to that she served as director of finance for U.S. Operations at Parthus Technologies, a provider of application-specific platform IP, which eventually became Ceva.
