TAMPA, Fla. Scott Baxter, former head of Home Depot's home services division, has joined VF Imagewear as president of its activewear division, which markets branded apparel under agreements with licensors such as the National Football League, Major League Baseball, Harley-Davidson, the National Hockey League and the National Basketball Association.

Baxter most recently served as senior vp of Home Depot, in charge of the home services division. He also has served as evp of Edward Don & Company, a leading foodservice equipment and supply distributor based in Chicago, and president of LNC's Restaurant Leadership Group. Baxter will report to Ed Doran, president of VFs Imagewear Coalition. VF Imagewear has a robust activewear business that includes authentic, replica and fanwear licensed apparel brands and key relationships with leading licensees and retailers. Scott Baxter is uniquely qualified to lead the growth of this business, given his diverse combination of skills and experience in managing large, complex businesses and his successful track record in retail and sales management with several well-known consumer brand companies, Doran said.
