Barnes & Noble opens new customer-service center

New York City Barnes & Noble announced the opening of its new customer-service center in Lyndhurst, N.J.

The 30,000-sq.-ft. facility, which was formerly located in nearby Secaucus, N.J., will employ 200 customer-care professionals. Service-center representatives will handle inquiries from customers of both Barnes & Noble stores and Barnesandnoble.com.
