B2B Soft and QLess partner to cut mobile customer wait times


New York - B2B Soft, a business-to-business software company specializing in retail management for the wireless/cellular retail industry, is partnering with QLess, a provider of line management solutions. QLess’ virtual line management service is now integrated with B2B Soft’s Wireless Standard Retail Management Platform.

Through the solution, customers of wireless retailers join a virtual service line and receive updates on the estimated time to service, as well as when it’s their turn. A customer can join the line from his or her cell phone, a Web application, an in-store touch screen kiosk, or be manually added by an employee. With the ability to call ahead to secure their spot and arrive closer to their service time, customers can roam the store or run errands while they wait, receiving a text or call when their turn has arrived. This enables customers to be assisted upon entry.
