The Avenue Properties Welcome New Tenants

Atlanta, Cousins Properties announced that more retailers are joining The Avenue portfolio in Georgia at several locations: Avenue East Cobb, The Avenue Peachtree City, The Avenue Webb Gin and The Avenue West Cobb.

The Avenue Webb Gin, Georgia’s most recent Avenue project, will welcome Aeropostale and collegiate retailer Tailgaters Alley, as well as LongHorn Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill and Ted’s Montana Grill. DSW, Kirkland’s Home, Jake’s House and Just Kids Dentistry are a few of the retailers coming soon to the property, which is located in Gwinnett County.

Located in Marietta, The Avenue West Cobb has announced that Designer Antiques, a family-owned furniture store, and wine shop WineStyles are also joining the project. The Avenue East Cobb also welcomes New York & Company, Halloween Express and Clix. Clix will offer studio photography, digital scrap booking and portrait parties.

The Avenue Peachtree City is also welcoming some new offerings this fall with the addition of Chase Home Mortgage and Bia’s Artisan Pizza and Italian Kitchen.
