AuctionAssist named a Merchant @ Amazon
LONDON AuctionAssist, a multi-channerl market maker, has signed a three-year agreement with Amazon to join its “Merchant @” program, which is available to select retailers.
According to AuctionAssist, its users now have the ability to use Amazon to sell their goods to a potential customer base of over 70 million active accounts worldwide. Merchant @ status provides additional functionality not available under a standard listing, which maximises customer sales and includes an Amazon-branded store front and the ability to sell a significantly wider range of goods than standard retailers.
Commenting on the agreement, Kevin Fleming, group finance director of AuctionAssist's owner ArgentVive, stated, “ArgentVive is delighted that AuctionAssist has achieved Merchant @ status as a trusted retailer for the Amazon platform. It is a clear recognition of the company’s ability to deliver exceptional service despite extremely competitive pricing. We believe that the Amazon sales channel represents an excellent opportunity for the company to drive sales to a new customer base.”
