American Eagle Outfitters Signs Times Square Deal

New York City, American Eagle Outfitters has signed a multi-year lease for more than 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space in Manhattan’s Times Square, located at Broadway and 46th Street.

The new American Eagle Outfitters flagship store will be the company’s largest in the world. The property will comprise three levels of retail space for AEO brands, including American Eagle and aerie, the company’s intimates and dormwear line.

Additionally, the new flagship store will feature more than 15,000 sq. ft. of external multi-media signage that will rise 25 stories high.
