Amazon partners with AOL to sell videos
SEATTLE, Wa. Time Warner's subsidiary AOL has signed a deal with Amazon that will see the retailer sell videos though its online Unbox download service.
Amazon said it will share revenue with AOL in relation to the sale of movies and TV shows online through Unbox.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As a result of its deal with Amazon, AOL said that it would be discontinuing its pay-for-download service, which was launched in October 2006.
