Amazon launches music download store
SEATTLE Amazon.com today unveiled its new MP3 music download store. The store features a wide selection of albums ranging in price from less than $5.99 to $9.99. Individual songs are priced between 89 cents and 99 cents.
The music on the site is DRM-free (digital rights management-free), meaning customers are free to listen to their purchases on any device, organize their songs with any music application and burn their tracks to CDs.
