Advance Auto Parts launches new commerce solution
NEW YORK Advance Auto Parts has launched a new commerce solution from IBM and CrossView to connect online and call-center sales channels to deliver a more personalized shopping experience.
According to the company, the new commerce solution provides online and call-center customers with real-time, easy access to its extensive line of automotive parts -- an inventory of more than 100,000 parts -- resulting in faster, more efficient and consistent responses to customer inquiries.
In addition, Advance Auto Parts has upgraded its online search function and is providing customers the option of buying online and picking up in-store.
