Adore Me in customer service innovation with Facebook
Online lingerie retailer Adore Me is one of the first companies in the world to launch customer support on the Facebook chat.
The innovation will allow customers to chat directly with the company through the Facebook chat on AdoreMe.com. Adore Me recently implemented a hybrid-bot on its website. Created in partnership with Servicefriend, the bot enables Adore Me customers to receive live support via messaging platforms.
Earlier this year, Facebook and Servicefriend introduced the hybrid-bot in Facebook Messenger for brands wishing to deliver consistent messaging experience at scale.
"Our goal is to create a seamless experience for our customers, and by bringing the customer support into this familiar space we certainly do so," said Nicolas Capuono, VP of customer relationship at Adore Me. "We believe that the chat widget will enhance both the mobile experience & the overall customer experience."
