Accenture Interactive founder joins board of Orchestro

4/11/2013

Timothy Breene, former chief strategy and corporate development officer and founder and CEO of Accenture Interactive – the fast growing digital media and marketing analytics business – has joined Orchestro’s board of directors to help enable brands worldwide to act with the speed and agility needed to win every inch in today’s tightly matched market.

Breene brings extensive international experience in consumer goods and retail, mergers and acquisitions, the creation of new businesses, and scaling the development of late stage start-ups. His perspectives on strategy, innovation and business transformation have been featured several times in the Harvard Business Review – specifically, “Jumping the S-Curve,” published by Harvard Press in 2011.

“One of the industry’s leading pioneers has chosen to join our board – it’s an honor that validates the work we’ve done and the path we’re now blazing,” said Prashanth V. (PV) Boccasam, CEO of Orchestro. “Tim has already brought immense value to our solution portfolio and corporate strategy, as we innovate on behalf of the consumer goods ecosystem.”

In his distinguished 40-year career, Breene has worked with some of the largest retail and consumer goods firms worldwide as a consultant, strategist, entrepreneur and practitioner. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Board Director at the U.K. retail conglomerate Kingfisher PLC and has also held senior marketing and line management roles with Guinness PLC and the marketing services group WCRS PLC.

“Orchestro is driving the innovation that will change how retail and consumer goods companies compete,” said Breene. “For every strategy, every promotion, every product introduction – it all comes back to having a clear understanding of consumer channel data.”
