Accenture Acquires H.B. Maynard

New York, Global consulting firm Accenture has agreed to acquire H.B. Maynard and Co., Pittsburgh, which provides workforce productivity-management solutions. Maynard’s clients include such food retailers as Giant Eagle, Wegmans and Supervalu.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory and other customary approvals and is expected to close within 30 days. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed
