A.C. Moore Finance Head to Leave

Berlin, N.J. A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts Inc. said Monday its CFO, Marc Katz, is resigning, effective June 27.

The company said Katz is leaving to pursue a career opportunity in the private-equity sector.

A.C. Moore said it will conduct a search for a new CFO and will consider both internal and external candidates.

In the interim, the company said Michael G. Zawoysky, VP of financial planning and analysis, will serve as acting CFO. Rodney B. Schriver, VP and controller, will serve as principal accounting officer.
