Abercrombie Enters Into Credit Agreement
New Albany, Ohio Abercrombie & Fitch said Friday that it entered into an unsecured revolving credit agreement with a group of banks for up to $450 million.
The specialty retailer said that under the lifetime of the new agreement, which matures in April 2013, it can request additional credit. However, these requests cannot exceed $150 million in the aggregate.
No loans have been made under the new credit agreement as of Thursday, the company said.
