7-Eleven Posts Q4 Growth

Dallas, Convenience-store chain 7-Eleven posted fourth-quarter net income of $2.1 million, compared to a loss of $6.1 million in the same quarter last year. The chain increased merchandise sales from $2.7 billion to $3.1 billion in the quarter.
