The Nora District, a shopping center coming to West Palm Beach, has announced four new tenants that will join its roster.

Developed by NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital, The Nora District will feature a variety of dining, retail, and lifestyle/wellness options for its visitors. Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, Sana Skin Studio, Mint, and The Spot Barbershop are the newly announced tenants that will further extend the project’s lifestyle experiences.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, Sana Skin Studio, Mint, and The Spot Barbershop as the latest businesses to join the tenant lineup at Nora,” said Francis X. Scire Jr., head of leasing at Nora. “Our team has curated highly sought-after food and beverage operators, boutique wellness experiences and premier lifestyle retailers such as these to further our mission in developing the premier lifestyle destination in Palm Beach County.”

Pulling its inspiration from Mediterranean coastal cuisine, Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants offers made-from-scratch seasonal menus, showcasing a variety of seafood accompanied by fresh produce and cheeses, olive oil, and spice blends. This “from the hearth” restaurant concept will open its second location in Florida at Nora and is slated to open its Columbus, Ohio location June 11.

Sana Skin Studio, which describes itself as “more than a skin studio,” offers facials “rooted in education, giving each guest the opportunity to learn more about their skin and its needs.” Their curated retail store features clean beauty brands including Agent Nateur, Indie Lee, Augustinus Bader, and more.

Inspired by the beauty and lifestyle of The North Fork and the Hamptons, Mint will offer The Nora District customers a collection of luxury clothing and accessories for women. Since launching its first store in 2004, Mint has grown into a collection of boutiques throughout the Hamptons offering an array of clothing from seasonal pieces to everyday staples from a variety of high-end designers and brands including Agolde, Amanda Uprichard, Bella Dahl, Rails and
more. Mint’s location at Nora marks the boutique’s first expansion beyond New York.

The Spot Barbershop was established in 2001 and has rapidly expanded with nearly 30 locations across South Florida. Specializing in upscale grooming services, each service at The Spot Barbershop combines “traditional grooming techniques with stellar service,” where guests are invited to relax through the grooming consultation, styling, hair wash, and massages offered with every service.

Nora’s first phase is slated for completion in early 2025 and will focus on North Railroad Avenue, where several former industrial buildings will be reimagined to create over 150,000 sq. ft. of distinct commercial space, 55,000 sq. ft. of office space, and a linear park. Additional confirmed retailers include Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, New York City’s H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, New York City’s The Garret Group, Juliana’s Pizza, West Palm Beach’s Celis Juice Bar and Café, as well as boutique fitness brands Rumble and Solidcore, with more to be announced.

Future phases of the project will include The Nora Hotel, a brand new 201-key boutique hotel developed in partnership with BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson, behind some of New York City’s upscale hotels like The Bowery, Mercer, Chelsea Hotel, and others, as well as additional office, retail and residential offerings.
