West Edge is anchored by a Gelson's Market grocery store.

Not long after opening a Gelson’s Market grocery store, Hines has announced the signing of five new tenants at West Edge, its new 217,000-sq.-ft. live-work-play center at the intersection of Olympic and Bundy on the west side of Los Angeles.

Gelson’s, a popular specialty food grocer that has expanded from 17 to 27 stores over the past decade, is known for its high-quality meat and produce departments, artisanal cheeses, and house-brand Gelson’s wines and ice cream.

West Edge now welcomes:

  • Artha: Focusing on holistic well-being, the studio offers body sculpting, float baths, cryotherapy, and facial regeneration along with revitalizing activities like yoga and meditation.
  • Presotea: The bubble-tea brand from Taiwan is set to open this month.
  • Hammer & Nails: The men’s grooming destination delivers haircuts, shaves, and hand-and-foot care a low-lit atmosphere, with tinted exterior windows for privacy, and a dark wood and steel interior.
  • Clean Juice: The organic juice bar known for its cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and acai bowls, is set to open in the summer.
  • Solidcore: Just introduced to the fitness sector last year, Solidcore’s 50-minute low-impact strength-training workouts are already being done in 25 states.

West Edge, too, opened a year ago this month with 600 apartments, 80,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and a five-acre open plaza. Its eight-story, 217,000-sq.-ft. of building is fully leased to Riot Games, the creator of League of Legends.

Situated less than 10 blocks from from the I-10 freeway, the center has accessibility to customers from Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades.

“Solidcore loves West Los Angeles for its indulgent eats, youthful vibrancy, and community,” said the fitness,” said the fitness chain’s director of real estate Josh Rainey. We were thrilled to welcome local West Los Angeles residents to our blue light community."
