Miniso, Garage, Studs among Ala Moana Center's new additions

Hawaii’s largest open-air shopping center is welcoming a slate of new retail and dining tenants.

Coming soon to Honolulu's Ala Moana Center are wellness studio BB Wellness, Chinese value retailer Miniso and accessories brand Studs. Garage, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Supreme Dumplings and The Cookie Corner have recently opened at Ala Moana, further enhancing the center’s “diverse mix” of shopping and dining experiences, according to the property. Previously announced, jewelry brand Gorjana will make its Hawaii debut at the center on July 1.

BB Wellness (Opening August 2026) BB Wellness is Honolulu's newest luxury wellness and recovery destination, coming soon to Ala Moana Center. Created by the team behind Body Balance Hawaiʻi, BB Wellness combines science-backed recovery and self-care experiences designed to help guests feel their best. The new studio will feature infrared and traditional saunas with integrated red-light therapy, cold plunges, private Pilates and personal training, body treatments and wellness services. 

Miniso (Opening August 2026) Miniso is a global lifestyle retailer offering a curated selection of toys, plushies, collectibles, stationery, beauty essentials, home goods, fragrances, electronics, snacks and everyday accessories. The chain is known for its immersive store experiences and collaborations with franchises such as Sanrio, Disney, Minions, Harry Potter, Care Bears, Barbie and Pixar.

Studs (Opening July 2026) Studs is a modern ear piercing and jewelry brand “reimagining” the traditional piercing experience. Known for its curated assortment of high-quality earrings and personalized “Earscaping” styling, Studs combines fashion and self-expression with safe piercing practices performed by trained specialists using needles rather than piercing guns.

Garage The Montreal-born apparel brand has built a loyal following across North America. Garage offers a range of clothing, from denim and loungewear to statement pieces and wardrobe staples.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a fast-casual brand serving Hawaiian-style plate lunches, blending Asian and American flavors with generous portions and an “authentic island vibe.” 

Supreme Dumplings Supreme Dumplings brings an “elevated take” on traditional Taiwanese dumpling craftsmanship to Ala Moana Center. Founded by chefs with “world-class culinary backgrounds,” the concept blends authentic technique with a modern dining experience, offering a variety of dishes in a warm and inviting setting.

The Cookie Corner The Cookie Corner, a beloved local brand since 1982, is expanding at Ala Moana Center with a second location. For more than four decades, the company has been known for freshly-baked cookies, bars, brownies, and locally-inspired treats that have become longtime favorites across Hawaii.

Opened in 1959. Ala Moana Center is anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Target. The property is home to a diverse collection of more than 350 stores and restaurants.

Ala Moana is owned and operated by Chicago-based GGP, which has a portfolio of nearly 100 retail assets.
