Available are stores ranging in size fro 25,000 sq. ft. to 51,000 sq. ft.
A&G Real Estate Partners announced it has begun marketing leases for 280 Stein Mart locations being closed in connection with the company’s bankruptcy filing.
The stores span over 30 states and range in size from 25,000 sq. ft. to 51,000 sq. ft. The heaviest concentrations are located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
“The Stein Mart stores are excellent opportunities for grocers, gyms, entertainment venues, and other users to gain entry in power centers, lifestyle centers and neighborhood centers at favorable rents,” said A&G co-president Emilio Amendola.
Some of the available leases are for distribution centers, including a 91,761-sq.-ft. facility in Ontario, Calif., and a 75,050-sq.-ft. building in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Stein Mart and its subsidiaries filed petitions in August for relief under Chapter 11. Liquidation sales are currently under way at all of its locations.
