Krispy Kreme names new commercial, people chiefs
Krispy Kreme Inc. is promoting two new faces to its C-suite.
The quick-serve donut giant has named Suk Nicholas as chief commercial officer and Lori Suess as chief people officer, effective immediately. In the newly-created role of chief commercial officer, Nicholas will join Krispy Kreme's global leadership team and lead the company’s fresh delivery business in the U.S. and internationally while overseeing enterprise sales strategies, key partnerships and revenue opportunities, customer relationships and more.
She brings more than 15 years of Krispy Kreme experience to the company’s C-suite, having joined Krispy Kreme U.K. & Ireland in 2010 before moving to the company’s global team in 2023. Since then, Nicholas has served as VP of global CPG.
“Suk has played a pivotal role in building and scaling Krispy Kreme's fresh delivery business and expanding our commercial capabilities,” said Krispy Kreme CEO Josh Charlesworth, who has led the company since 2024. “She is a growth-oriented leader with deep commercial expertise and a proven track record of delivering results.”
Suess joined Krispy Kreme in 2020 and was named head of people & culture earlier this year, when she joined the global leadership team. As chief people officer, Suess will oversee the company's global people, culture, talent development, and employee engagement efforts. Her previous experience includes roles at Newell Brands and Electrolux.
