Katz & Associates announces Southeast office promotions
Katz & Associates is elevating two of its employees to new roles.
The retail real estate advisory firm has announced that Sarah Schank, based in Katz’s Charlotte office, has been promoted to senior director. Robert Nuchereno, based in Katz’s Boca Raton office, has been promoted to director.
Schank focuses on tenant and landlord representation in the Carolinas, Virginia, and Georgia. She is responsible for prospecting, market analysis, and lease negotiations, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee Member and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). According to the company, Schank is passionate about contributing to the development of the Carolinas and helping her clients grow.
Nuchereno works on tenant and landlord representation, and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and New York. Katz & Associates says Nuchereno’s accomplishments through his background in hockey taught him how to be versatile and hardworking, which are skills he now utilizes to help make the best deals for his clients.
