Power Warehouse will fulfill orders along the Route 55 corridor from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore.

Tenants such as Dick’s, Boscov’s, Aeropostale, and Victoria’s Secret at Cumberland Mall in Vineland, N.J., may soon find delivery of their online orders moving out faster and easier.

PREIT, the mall’s owner, has just signed a lease with Power Warehouse to fill the 80,000 sq. ft. space vacated by Burlington. The fulfillment operation will handle outgoing orders for Cumberland tenants as well as retailers outside the mall.

"This addition joins a diverse set of recently executed uses across our portfolio including self-storage, grocery and healthcare that will bolster our offerings and expand our customer base," said PREIT CEO Joseph Coradino.

Power Warehouse aims to serve a high-population trade area between Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore from Cumberland Mall’s positioning on the key state Route 55.
