American Dream's food hall will open with Vanessa's dumplings and Lady M's French pastries.

Triple Five promised it would open New Jersey’s finest fine-dining destination at American Dream, but it’s not yet open due to pandemic and supply chain delays. Here’s a start, however:

Next month the mega-center in the Meadowlands will open The Food Hall at American Dream. Seven culinary establishments will serve their fare across 10,000 sq. ft. of space furnished with soft seats and games including corn hole, Jenga, and Connect.

On the menu:
Vinoteca: This shop offers a modern twist on wine-tasting in which oenophiles can sip through 64 select vintages self-served by a machine that pours wine in one-, three-, or five-ounce servings. Paninis and charcuterie boards will also be available, as well as beer dispensed using the same self-serve technology.

Lady M: This New York City luxury confections brand with over 50 boutiques worldwide is most famous for the creation of Signature Mille Crêpes. Lady M marries French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, resulting in delicate cakes that are a touch sweet.

Vanessa’s Dumpling House: The New York City favorite serves Beijing-style dumplings alongside along with noodles, soups, and salads. Vanessa’s signature dish: sesame pancake sandwiches stuffed with everything from roast pork, beef, veggies, chicken, egg, and Peking duck.

American Dream will throw a grand opening party in The Food Hall on July 13 with a corn hole tournament, live music, kids’ games, prizes and more.
