Report: Walmart cutting 500 jobs
The nation’s largest retailer is lowering the axe at its corporate office.
Walmart is eliminating 400 to 500 jobs at its Bentonville, Ark., headquarters this week, according to Bloomberg.
The layoffs will occur in the company’s marketing, human resources, merchandising, real estate, logistics and finance divisions, the report said. The cuts were first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
