Report: Amazon to acquire big stake in call center
Amazon is reportedly close to acquiring a Colorado call center operator and customer-engagement outsourcing company.
The online giant has entered into a deal with StarTek Inc. for an Amazon subsidiary to acquire up to 4 million StarTek shares, the Denver Business Journal reported.
Amazon could eventually pay Greenwood Village, Colorado-based StarTek as much as $600 million, the report said.
