Fabletics makes two leadership promotions
A leading omnichannel activewear brand is bolstering its C-suite team.
Fabletics, the digitally-native brand that now operates more than 100 retail stores in 36 states, has announced the expansion of Meera Bhatia’s role from chief operating officer to Fabletics president and COO, and the promotion of Carly Gomez to chief marketing officer.
Since joining Fabletics in February 2020, Bhatia has been instrumental in driving the brand’s growth,” according to the company. As COO, she has led initiatives across e-commerce, production, operations, and technology, while also spearheading the brand’s expansion into new channels. Her appointment to president and COO expands her responsibilities to now include product creation, retail, wholesale and international operations, aligning both brand and operations under one leader.

Starting as senior VP of brand marketing at Fabletics in April 2024, Gomez has now assumed the c-suite role and will lead all brand, digital innovation and customer engagement initiatives. The brand says she has been influential in leveraging customer insights to inform marketing and engagement decisions.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in El Segundo, Calif., Fabletics is known for style-centric designs that feature high-performance technology. The brand’s VIP membership program serves over 3 million active customers and is powered by analysis from its Fashion OS tech platform.
Fabletics opened its first retail store in 2015.
