Chain Store Age named Assembly Row one of its Comeback Centers of the Year in 2020 during the onset of the pandemic. Federal Realty senior VP Patrick McMahon then told us that, while developing the project in Somerville, "we decided we needed something that was very visible.”
Assembly Row’s current tenants include Warby Parker, Nike Factory, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, AMC Assembly Row 12 and IMAX, and New England’s only Legoland Discovery Center. In its restaurant lineup are Shake Shack, Sweetgreen, Legal On The Mystic, Tony C’s, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
