Eden Prairie Center adds seven new tenants

A Twin City-area shopping center is welcoming a slate of new tenants as the calendar turns to 2025.

Eden Prairie Center, the 1.4 million sq. ft., two-level retail property in the southwest Twin Cities suburb of Eden Prairie, has expanded its mix of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment concepts with the addition of seven new tenants open now or coming soon in 2025. Managed by JLL, the property currently features over 100 shops and restaurants, and is anchored by Scheels, Von Maur, Target, and Kohl’s. 

“We’re proud to wrap up 2024 by welcoming a variety of retailers, restaurants and entertainment offerings to our growing tenant roster at Eden Prairie Center,” said Nancy Litwin, VP of Eden Prairie Center. “Whether it’s last-minute holiday shopping, enjoying delicious food with loved ones, or exploring our expanded entertainment wing, Eden Prairie Center remains the go-to shopping and entertainment destination for everyone in the community to enjoy.”

The new tenants include the following:

  • Northwoods Boutique (Now open seasonally) Northwoods Boutique (4,470 sq. ft.) offers seasonal products including arts, crafts, handmade items, new and vintage decor, furniture, home decor, and holiday decor.
  • The Makers Den (Now open) The Makers Den is a “one-stop shop” offering 3D print products, services, and design classes for all ages. The 1,581 sq. ft., first-to-market, print shop is owned and operated by former schoolteacher Phillip Sexton.
  • Gyu Mai Japanese BBQ/Ichiddo Ramen (Coming soon) Dual Asian eatery concepts Gyu Mai Japanese BBQ, featuring do-it-yourself Japanese yakiniku barbecue, and Ichiddo Ramen, offering authentic ramen noodle soups along with other Japanese specialties, is expected to open by early 2025. The 7,996-sq.-ft. street front space will be divided into two restaurants on the lower level of the entertainment wing.
  • Miniso (Coming soon) Founded in 2013, Miniso is a variety store chain that specializes in household and consumer goods including cosmetics, stationary, toys, and kitchenware. The Eden Prairie location will be the second franchise store in Minnesota. The 3,530-sq.-ft. store is arriving in January 2025.
  • U.S. Army Career Center (Coming soon) The U.S. Army Recruiting Company Minneapolis recruits men and women to meet the needs of the United States Armed Forces. The 1,178-sq.-ft. center is slated to open in spring 2025.
  • The Game Show Studio (Coming soon) The Game Show Studio is an immersive, entertainment experience that brings people together for fun, laughter, and creating memories by playing Hollywood-inspired games shows. The 4,009-sq.-ft. Eden Prairie location will be the second in Minnesota and located on the upper level of the entertainment wing. Guests can experience the fun at The Game Show Studio in spring 2025.
  • Phenix Salon Suites (Coming soon) Phenix Salon Suites offers salon suites, development tools, and education to support independent beauty professionals as they operate their business. Each salon suite is uniquely designed with an open and upscale space for entrepreneurs to collaborate on business building initiatives and provide service to their clients. The 6,244-sq.-ft. hair salon with a total of 35 salon suites will be the sixth location in Minnesota. It is expected to open in summer 2025.
