DLC lands Best Buy in Birmingham

DLC Management Corp. continues to notch major lease signings as the pandemic continues to grind on.

Best Buy has decided to move into a 44,000-sq.-ft. space at the company’s Brook Highland Plaza, a 550,000-sq.-ft. power center located in the heart of Birmingham, Ala. It is relocating from a center two miles away.

The new store will feature a refreshed look for customers, with expanded product assortment and more premium brands being offered in the appliance and audio departments.

Brook Highland Plaza is located along U.S. Highway 280, one of Birmingham’s busiest retail corridors. Other tenants include Lowe’s, Michaels, Sprouts Farmers Market, Ulta Beauty, OfficeMax, and Five Below.
